Perdue Farms, Inc. is seeking a Plant Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for a manufacturing facility. You will oversee production, maintenance, quality, supply chain, and engineering, acting as the primary liaison between the Director of Operations and plant operations.

The role emphasizes building a high‑performance culture, developing future leaders, and achieving safety, quality, and cost‑control targets across all levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years in a manufacturing environment; 4–6 years in a supervisory role (HS).
• Or 3–5 years manufacturing plus 4–6 years supervising (degreed).
• Proven track record leading cross‑functional teams and large operations.
• Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and ERP systems.

• Lead departments including production, maintenance, quality, and engineering.
