Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of maintenance management systems and processes, preventive and predictive maintenance, manufacturing technologies and standard software applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance programs to improve plant and equipment performance.
• Promote safety and enforce maintenance standards across the team.
• Hire, train, and develop maintenance staff to meet department needs.
• Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance is performed and records kept.
• Oversee long-term manufacturing process improvements and projects.
