Job summary

Living Spaces Furniture is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee a high-volume, single-shift manufacturing operation. You will plan, direct, and execute plant activities to achieve safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives while leading a diversified workforce in a 200,000 sq. ft. facility.

The role requires strategic leadership, Lean proficiency, and strong collaboration with merchandising, buying, and HR teams to optimize resources and drive continuous improvement throughout the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field preferred.
• MBA degree is preferred for leadership roles.
• 10+ years of experience in leadership, managing 100+ member teams in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the plant to meet business and financial objectives.
• P&L responsibility including BOMs, wages, incentives, and raw material procurement.
• Provide leadership for large employee populations in both non-exempt and exempt roles.
• Monitor workflows and assembly methods; recommend process improvements.
• Build performance goals tied to Productivity, Safety, and Quality.
