Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 2-3 years in manufacturing; 1+ year supervisory experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree candidates with no manufacturing experience must have at least 1+ year supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills focused on associate development.
• In-depth knowledge of quality control processes and compliance standards (ISO, OSHA).
• Willingness to learn lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for all associates.
• Ensure food safety and quality standards through SOP adherence and inspections.
• Mentor and coach team members to develop skills and performance.
• Supervise daily production to meet schedules, outputs, and quality targets.
• Maintain production records and communicate status and opportunities to management.
