Job summary

Perdue Farms is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead hourly associates across receiving, order processing, production, and shipping. You will champion safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while driving productivity on the floor.

You will oversee daily production, mentor staff, and coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime, with a focus on lean improvements and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years in a manufacturing environment with 1+ year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on associate development.
• In-depth knowledge of quality control processes and compliance standards (ISO, OSHA, etc.).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (i.e. SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be available to work 2nd shift hours.

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities across receiving, order processing, production, and shipping.
• Collaborate with maintenance to monitor equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Optimize labor, materials and equipment usage to meet production standards.
