RON SUNSHINE ASSOCIATES LLC is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead manufacturing at its Anderson, South Carolina facility. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives while leading cross-functional teams toward operational excellence.

You will oversee Production, Maintenance, Tooling, Engineering, Scheduling, and Continuous Improvement, implementing Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to maximize performance and sustain competitive advantage in a global

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• 5+ years in manufacturing ops leadership, preferably blow-molding/injection-molding.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing and quality systems (IATF/ISO).

Responsibilities

• Lead Production, Maintenance, Tooling, Engineering, Scheduling, and Continuous Improvement.
• Drive lean initiatives to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Monitor safety, quality, delivery, and performance metrics and take corrective actions.
• Manage budgets and cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders.
