Job summary

Zaddy Solutions in Anderson, South Carolina, seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize its plastics manufacturing site. You will oversee Production, Maintenance, Tooling, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement while driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field, 5+ years of operations leadership in blow-molding/injection-molding plastics or automotive, and proven Lean/Six Sigma experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Five+ years of manufacturing operations leadership experience, preferably within blow-molding, injection-molding, plastics, or automotive environments.
• Proven leadership of multiple operational functions (Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Tooling, Scheduling, CI).
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OSHA/EPA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across Production, Scheduling, Maintenance, Tooling, Engineering, Technical Resources, and CI.
• Optimize utilization of personnel, equipment, and capital to maximize performance.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and other CI initiatives.
• Identify and implement opportunities to reduce costs, downtime, and improve quality.
• Lead capital projects and support equipment and systems modernization.
• Establish and monitor key performance metrics and take corrective actions.
