Job summary

Sora Resource Group represents a forward‑thinking global manufacturer seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize manufacturing at its Anderson, South Carolina facility.

You will oversee Production, Maintenance, Tooling, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement, drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, ensure safety and quality, manage budgets, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet cost and delivery goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing operations leadership experience in blow-molding/injection-molding plastics or automotive environments.
• Strong knowledge of automotive quality systems (IATF 16949, ISO 9001).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across Production, Maintenance, Tooling, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement.
• Drive Lean/Six Sigma and Kaizen to improve productivity and reduce downtime.
• Oversee budget management and control labor, materials, and capital costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals.
