Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Ceramic Engineering or Material Science or related field.
• 7-10 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment with increasing levels of responsibility
• Lean Manufacturing (Leader Standard work, Standardized Work Instructions, 5S, TPM, Kaizen, Takt etc.)
• Process Engineering experience
• Capital Projects experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant operations to meet productivity and quality goals.
• Hire, train, and coach employees per company policies.
• Plan and develop systems to improve operating quality and efficiency.
• Manage staffing levels, budgets, and financial goals.
• Coordinate purchasing, production, and shipping with department heads.
