Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering.
• Fifteen years manufacturing experience with project management.
• Strong knowledge of lean principles: 5S, TOC, visual factory.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant operations with a focus on on-time delivery, productivity, safety, quality, and cost control.
• Implement and improve shop floor systems: production scheduling, inventory control, and performance metrics.
• Review reports to resolve issues and minimize costs while avoiding delays.
• Foster a safe, nonunion environment with strong teamwork and training programs.
• Coordinate production, materials, quality and admin functions.
