Job summary

ImageFIRST is seeking a Plant Manager to lead daily operations at our Lakeland healthcare laundry facility. You will drive production scheduling, safety, quality, and continuous improvement while managing budgets and inventories.

The role requires 5-7 years of manufacturing leadership, a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or business, and strong analytical skills. MBA and PMP are preferred, ISO/OSHA knowledge advantageous.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years extensive leadership in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong end-to-end manufacturing management including safety, delivery, quality, and compliance.
• Financial management experience including budgeting and cost control at plant level.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of supervisors and operators while driving continuous improvement.
• Oversee daily plant operations: scheduling, staffing, QA, and maintenance for efficient workflows.
• Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, quality, and legal standards.
• Drive process improvements using Six Sigma and other CI methods.
• Manage plant budgets, expenditures, and cost-reduction opportunities.
