Job summary

ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry Specialists is seeking a Plant Manager to lead daily laundry facility operations, ensuring safe, efficient production and high quality output for healthcare clients. You will drive continuous improvement, cost controls, and regulatory compliance while leading a diverse team across maintenance, production, and supervision.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years in manufacturing leadership, Lean/Six Sigma experience, and strong financial management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or business administration
• 5–7 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment
• Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma certifications
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills
• Financial management experience including P&L, payroll, budgeting, and cost control
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of supervisors, maintenance staff, and operational employees
• Oversee daily plant operations, including production scheduling, staffing, quality assurance, and equipment maintenance
• Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory standards
• Drive process improvements via Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies
• Manage plant budgets and drive cost reduction while maintaining quality and safety
• Drive inventory management and collaborate with Procurement, Service, and Logistics
