Job summary

ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry Specialists seeks a Plant Manager to lead daily operations at our healthcare laundry facility in Florida. You will drive production scheduling, staffing, safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize efficiency and cost effectiveness.

The role requires 5–7 years in manufacturing leadership, a Bachelor’s degree, and experience with Lean/Six Sigma and ERP tools. Travel to other sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or business administration.
• 5-7 years in a leadership role within manufacturing.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma, and process improvement.
• PMP certification and familiarity with ISO 14001/ISO 9001 are valued.
• Strong financial management including budgeting and cost control.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant operations including production scheduling and staffing.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of supervisors and operations staff.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across the facility.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Manage the plant budget and monitor expenditures for cost reductions.
• Coordinate with procurement, service, and logistics teams.
• Prepare reports on KPIs and plant performance.
• Support talent recruitment and development at the plant level.
