The role develops Supervisors, optimizes staffing and workflow, and partners with cross-functional teams to meet service commitments.

The position emphasizes Lean/continuous improvement, cost management, and building a culture of accountability and high performance within a healthcare-focused laundry operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Previous plant management experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day plant operations ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance across departments.
• Develop supervisors and staff; drive performance and succession planning at the plant.
• Oversee production scheduling, staffing, and workflow optimization to meet targets.
• Lead Lean and continuous improvement efforts to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Manage labor, maintenance, and operating expenses; monitor cost targets.
• Coordinate with procurement, service, and logistics for smooth operations.
• Support customer commitments and on-time delivery; resolve operational issues.
