UFP Factory Built, a division of UFP Industries, is seeking a Plant Manager to lead one of our manufacturing facilities. You will oversee production, safety, quality, inventory, maintenance, and team development to boost profitability and customer satisfaction.

• Manage production scheduling, inventory levels, shipping activities, and resource planning.

• Partner with leadership on capital investments, facility improvements, and growth initiatives.
• Foster a culture centered around safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with policies, OSHA standards, and regulations.
• Oversee maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
