Job summary

Spectrum Plastics Group is seeking a seasoned Operations leader to drive productivity, quality, and on-time delivery. You will oversee manufacturing processes, tooling, and production capabilities for custom and proprietary products.

You will recruit and mentor a high-performing team, align manufacturing strategies with business goals, and partner with executives to achieve growth and profitability while improving operations and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
• Advanced degree preferred and considered.
• Minimum 10 years of manufacturing operations leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute operational strategies to drive productivity, quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
• Oversee development and implementation of manufacturing processes, tooling, and production capabilities.
• Recruit, develop, mentor, and lead a high-performing operations team.
• Partner with executive leadership to set long-term growth and profitability objectives.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
