Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to achieve and exceed performance goals.
• Develop and implement manufacturing processes that support production and continuous improvement.
• Lead, mentor, and develop direct reports.
• Maintain manufacturing documentation including BOMs, ECOs, specifications, reports, and protocols.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to exceed customer expectations.
