Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of ten years of manufacturing operations leadership experience, preferably in plastics or related industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute operational strategies to drive productivity, quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery performance.
• Oversee development and implementation of manufacturing processes, tooling, and production capabilities for custom and proprietary products.
• Recruit, develop, mentor, and lead a high-performing operations team.
