Qualifications

• 10+ years leading manufacturing/plant operations.
• Experience with sous-vide or food production audits and GMP.
• Proven ability to drive production in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and mentoring skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to ensure operations controls, reporting and people systems.
• Lead facilities in Alexandria and Sterling to achieve excellence.
• Collaborate with COO on strategy, goals, and processes.
• Enforce policies to improve overall operation and efficiency.
• Coordinate maintenance, equipment, and inventory.
• Support safety, quality, productivity, and cost initiatives.
• Ensure ERP systems are used effectively.
• Drive cross-functional alignment toward plant goals.
