Job summary

Versique is seeking a Director of Operations to lead a two-site manufacturing operation near Alexandria, MN. The role reports to the VP of Operations and is a newly created position intended to drive new ideas, efficiency gains, and capacity growth.

Responsibilities include setting goals and budgets, leading a leadership team, and ensuring production schedules and quality standards are met. This on-site role requires strong leadership and the ability to implement strategic plans in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
• 15+ years of manufacturing experience with at least 10 years in leadership.
• Demonstrated success in driving efficiencies.
• Experience leading change management initiatives.
• Excellent people leadership aligned with core values.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant and production organization to meet objectives.
• Lead two Production Managers and Scheduling Supervisor; manage 220 employees.
• Develop and implement budgets and plans; ensure profitability.
• Ensure compliance with EPA, OSHA, and safety regulations.
• Present to the Executive Management Team and drive EOS initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
