Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking an experienced plant leader in Kirksville, MO to guide department managers in labor strategy, budgeting, and policy execution. You will ensure safety, quality, and efficiency across the plant while driving continuous improvement and cost control across labor, materials, and indirect costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Prior plant management experience highly preferred.
• 5+ years leadership experience within a manufacturing environment required.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with and influence across all levels of employees.

Responsibilities

• Guides department managers in the development of labor usage strategies to maximize resource efficiency.
• Communicates policy changes to management and plant personnel.
• Oversees development and implementation of companywide policies and procedures.
• Ensures adherence to Kraft Heinz policies, safety standards, and GMPs.
• Supports continuous improvement efforts and safety projects across the plant.
• Works with Human Resources on policy development and employee issues.
• Collaborates with Engineering/Maintenance to reduce downtime and optimize production lines.
• Prepares operational schedules and manufacturing activities to meet quality and production targets.
