The Kraft Heinz Company’s Winchester Plant seeks a Manufacturing Manager to lead plant operations for 500+ staff. You will drive GMP-compliant food production, lead safety/quality initiatives, and optimize costs with data-driven decisions.

You will oversee production planning, schedule optimization, and workforce management, while developing frontline leaders and coordinating with support functions to deliver results. This role requires flexibility and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Food Technology, or related degree is strongly preferred.
• 8-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 5 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing with a track record of operational excellence.
• Business and Financial Acumen: budgeting, forecasting, data-driven decision making.
• Transformational leadership: drive change and continuous improvement.
• Leadership & team development: coach and empower front-line leaders.
• Effective communication & collaboration across cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Analytical & problem-solving skills to improve operational efficiency.
• Must be able to work flexible hours and weekend work.

Responsabilités

• Drive KHMS cultural transformation and lead production front-line teams.
• Ensure safety and quality excellence, regulatory compliance, and data-driven improvements.
• Optimize production costs, labor, OEE, waste, and schedule optimization.
• Manage complex product portfolio planning with Plant Manager and maintenance teams.
• Engage stakeholders across sanitation, quality, maintenance, planning, logistics, and brand.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement programs using KHMS strategies.
• Monitor KPIs and report plant performance, risks, and opportunities to senior management.
• Manage production budget and resources; report Capex forecast and milestones.
• Develop front-line leaders through coaching, mentoring and engagement strategies.
