You will work with Plant Manager to train staff, set production goals, and ensure on-time delivery of products while maintaining a safe and efficient environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, or Chemical, or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Five years supervisory experience in a manufacturing facility required.
• Bi-Lingual Spanish desired.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
• Work environment requires English language proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Assist Plant Manager to train and direct staff to manage plant operations safely and efficiently.
• Achieve company objectives in production, safety, quality, and logistics.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and secure work environment.
• Coordinate with production planning, customer service and logistics to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Provide engineering support including process controls, maintenance, and inventory management.
• Monitor and improve overall plant performance for production, quality, and safety.
