Sugaright (Division of CSC Sugar) is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee plant production, safety, quality, and staffing. You will work closely with the Plant Manager to direct daily operations, drive efficiency, and implement process improvements while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic planning to achieve production goals, cost control, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical, or electrical engineering preferred.
• Five years supervisory experience in a manufacturing facility required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
