Specialty Herd Solutions in Fresno, CA, seeks a Plant Manager to lead operations, safety, quality, and logistics. You will drive continuous improvement, manage a reliable maintenance program, and develop a high-performing workforce to meet production goals.

The role emphasizes ownership, integrity, and collaboration to deliver safe, cost-effective operations and foster a strong safety culture across the plant.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of manufacturing or plant operations experience.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of industrial safety and regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA, DOT, etc.).
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and improving operational performance.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in and lead daily plant operations to meet production, quality, safety, and cost objectives.
• Develop, implement, and standardize SOPs and best practices across production.
• Monitor and achieve production KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead safety programs including PPE, LOTO, confined space, hazard communication, and spill response.
• Oversee product quality, testing standards, and documentation accuracy.
• Oversee equipment reliability programs and maintenance efforts.
• Manage material flow, inventory accuracy, and warehouse operations.
• Hire, coach, and develop plant personnel; establish performance expectations.
