Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a food/dairy manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote and own a Safety Culture and safe work environment.
• Develop and implement daily production schedules to meet demand efficiently.
• Maintain inventory control and ensure reconciliation to budgeted levels.
• Coordinate with Transportation, wholesale and vault teams for timely load out and communication.
• Work with Maintenance to ensure equipment availability for repairs and PMs.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and share productive information in daily reviews.
• Manage manpower scheduling and adhere to budgeted labor dollars.
• Maintain housekeeping programs across operations areas.
• Ensure product quality and sanitation compliance with current programs.
