MOHR Talent is seeking an Assistant Plant Manager for a high-volume dairy manufacturing operation in Philadelphia, PA. The role focuses on leading dairy processing, production, quality, maintenance, and safety to meet cost and quality goals.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in manufacturing with at least 2 years in a leadership role and a solid understanding of GMP, sanitation, and regulatory requirements in a regulated food environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Strong understanding of GMP, sanitation, food safety, quality systems, audits, and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilités

• Support daily operations across dairy processing, production, packaging, quality, maintenance, warehousing, shipping, safety, and sanitation.
• Help set production priorities to meet safety, quality, service, and cost goals.
• Review production, quality, maintenance, and operational reports to identify issues and drive corrective action.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and plant performance.
• Track and improve KPIs around safety, quality, production, waste, labor, cost, and service.
• Support plant budgeting, expense control, capital projects, and month-end reporting.
