Job summary

CRH Concrete Supply, LLC, a CRH company, is seeking a seasoned leader to oversee safety, operations, and critical support functions at our Owensboro plant. You will work with the General Manager to ensure execution of operational goals and growth strategy.

The role requires 5+ years in construction or plant management, a Bachelor’s in Construction Management preferred, and strong leadership, safety, and accounting basics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or similar preferred.
• 5+ years related construction field experience preferred.
• Ability to travel and work nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working culture for all employees.
• Oversee daily operations of ready mix plant.
• Drive performance to meet company goals.
• Provide leadership for efficiency, quality, service, and cost control.
• Build teams and develop direct reports.
• Ensure crews have tools and training for safety per laws.
• Other duties as assigned.
