SRM Concrete (Smyrna Ready Mix) is seeking a Plant Manager in the Northern Kentucky region to lead a team, optimize daily operations, and ensure on-time concrete deliveries with safety and quality at the forefront.

You will coach staff, align dispatch, drivers, and sales, monitor metrics, uphold regulatory safety standards, and drive continuous improvement to support growth and profitability.
