Job summary

Concrete Supply, LLC, a CRH company, seeks a Concrete Plant Manager to lead safety, production, and operational excellence at the Kentucky plant. You will guide teams, manage costs, and drive growth with the General Manager.

The role requires 5+ years in construction/plant management, strong leadership, and proficiency with MS Office. Travel and safety compliance are essential in this on-site position in Owensboro, KY.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or similar preferred.
• 5+ years in construction field experience (desired).
• Plant management or related experience (3+ years highly desired).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, operations, and support functions at the plant.
• Manage daily production, quality, and customer focus.
• Drive performance improvements to meet company goals.
