Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field; five years’ paint experience preferred.
• Solid leadership skills with the ability to mentor and coach teams.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and cost control.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Directs the Paint Department to meet quality, cost, delivery and safety goals.
• Develops budgets and tracks expenses for the Paint area.
• Leads lean initiatives and waste reduction across production.
• Supports new product launches and ensures smooth production ramp‑ups.
• Maintains compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborates with other functions to optimize material flow and staffing.
