Job summary

Lippert Components, Inc. in Twin Falls, Idaho, is seeking a Plant Manager to lead the manufacturing facility’s daily operations, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while driving profitability and continuous improvement across all processes.

You will oversee Lean initiatives, cross‑functional collaboration with Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Finance, and HR, manage KPIs including safety and on‑time delivery, and develop a high‑performance team committed to Lippert’s culture and values.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience in fabrication, welding, metal processing, assembly, or industrial manufacturing environments preferred.
• Experience managing operational performance, labor productivity, budgets, and financial results.
• Proven leadership developing teams in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all day-to-day manufacturing operations.
• Ensure production activities follow processes, schedules, quality standards, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate workflow across material staging, fabrication, welding, assembly, finishing, quality inspection, and shipment.
• Remove barriers and resolve production issues to maintain efficiency and delivery performance.
• Monitor daily production, labor utilization, downtime, and operational effectiveness.
• Lead Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
