Job summary

Lippert is seeking a Plant Manager for its Twin Falls, Idaho facility. The role leads all manufacturing operations, driving safety, quality, throughput, and financial performance while building a culture of continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will oversee material flow from raw processing to final delivery, manage a team of about 20, and report to Operations. This leadership position requires a strong track record in manufacturing leadership and Lean principles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience in fabrication, welding, metal processing, assembly, or industrial manufacturing environments preferred.
• Associate's degree or higher in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations and ensure processes meet schedules, quality standards, and customer requirements.
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with policies and quality management systems.
• Manage plant P&L, monitor labor, materials, and expenses; track KPIs including safety, quality, productivity, and delivery.
• Champion Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives; lead root-cause analysis.
• Develop and mentor leaders and team members; collaborate with HR on staffing and development.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Finance, HR, Safety, and Sales to support objectives and capacity planning.
