Job summary

Lippert Components, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Plant Supervisor to oversee production lines, ensure on-time delivery, and uphold safety and quality standards. You will lead 1–6 employees, coordinate with materials, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Valid leadership experience in manufacturing is required; familiarity with AX and inventory systems is a plus. This full-time role is based at local Lippert plants in the United States, with opportunities for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Basic computer knowledge and inventory software familiarity.
• Ability to read work orders, measurements and schedules.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products are produced and delivered on time on assigned lines.
• Troubleshoot downtime issues and minimize line stoppages.
• Coordinate with supervisor, materials and powder coat on issues.
• Direct production flow and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Supervise 1–6 employees and manage performance reviews.
• Complete organizational paperwork including time off and evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
• Participate in disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintain good housekeeping across the shop.
