Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 5+ years managerial/supervisory experience in production, operations, and/or distribution.
• Preferred experience managing salvage yard operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all departments for the facility: production, administration, distribution, and safety.
• Develop relationships with existing customers to promote retention and loyalty.
• Interact with customers to determine service needs and implement changes.
• Manage KPIs related to sales growth, collections, productivity, inventory, and profit margins.
• Establish budget projections and operate within the budget.
• Oversee quality control and implement improvements.
• Manage HR activities across departments including hiring and reassignments.
• Identify deficiencies and drive continuous improvement.
• Engage with the local community and develop leadership at lead/foreman levels.
