Job summary

PYP is seeking a plant operations supervisor to oversee all phases of plant operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, receiving, and shipping. You will ensure safe, efficient, and proper operation and manage subordinates in day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities include coordinating departments, developing customer relationships, driving KPIs, budgeting, and leading continuous improvement initiatives across the site. Travel may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of managerial/supervisory experience in production, operations, or distribution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple departments including production, admin, distribution and safety.
• Develop relationships with customers to promote retention and loyalty.
• Interact with customers to determine service improvements and implement changes.
