Job summary

Ag Processing Inc is seeking a shift supervisor for our refinery in St. Joseph, MO. You will oversee day-to-day plant operations, train staff, enforce policies, and ensure quality standards are met. Strong leadership, communication, and mechanical aptitude are essential.

Experience with hazard communication standards and PSM is preferred. This full-time role requires high school education or equivalent, with a technical degree preferred. Competitive benefits are offered.
