Job summary

Cape Cod Healthcare Inc is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor Plant Engineer for the Heritage at Falmouth facility in Massachusetts. The role oversees Plant Operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance, with responsibility for safety, scheduling, and equipment performance.

The position requires a High School degree and 3–5 years of maintenance/plant experience, strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and a valid Massachusetts driver’s

Qualifications

• High School degree and 3-5 years’ experience in a maintenance/plant related position.
• Knowledgeable in mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Must be able to speak the English language in an understandable manner.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Must have a valid MA driver’s license.
• Proficient in the use of personal computer and Microsoft Office applications, such as Word.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop and direct the operations of Plant Operations.
• Manage maintenance/preventative and repair efforts across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, lighting, and safety systems.
• Supervise housekeeping staff including scheduling and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage supplies and inventory.
• Ensure safety and compliance with policies, regulations and standards.
• Maintain grounds, facilities, equipment and turnover of apartments.
• Assist in safety, training and documentation as required.
