Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise operations in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Supervise personnel engaged in operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of equipment.
• Plan work, estimate time and materials, and prioritize tasks for efficiency.
• Coordinate with other hospital units to minimize disruption to operations.
