Job summary

Heritage at Falmouth seeks a maintenance/plant operations leader to plan, organize and direct all facility activities. You will oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general systems maintenance to ensure safe, efficient operations.

The role requires strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems, safety compliance, and vendor coordination. A High School diploma and 3–5 years in maintenance are expected. On-site, full-time position with variable hours.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years in a maintenance/plant role.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and follow maintenance procedures and safety guidelines.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and drive a company vehicle if required.
• Proficient in basic PC use and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop and direct Plant Operations and related maintenance.
• Oversee maintenance, preventative and repair of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and other systems.
• Manage housekeeping staffing, scheduling and performance reviews.
• Ensure safety standards and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Coordinate with vendors, monitor supplies and control expenses.
• Schedule and perform routine inspections and tests on equipment.
• Respond to resident or facility requests and maintain documentation.
