Qualifications

• Requires an Associate Degree or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Meets production cost, schedules, and quality requirements.
• Updates daily/monthly metrics via data entry and shopfloor boards.
• Communicates with management and peers about people, quality, cost, responsiveness, and safety.
• Conducts daily handover with peer supervisor between shifts.
• Facilitates floor operations and removes barriers to meet objectives.
• Manages personnel, material, and equipment safely and effectively.
• Provides training, performance management, coaching, and timekeeping support.
• Implements Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Complies with labor agreement and manages grievances.
• Willing to work any assigned shift.
