Job summary

Pacific Coast Manufacturing (PCM) in Chino, CA is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage day-to-day plant operations, including parts ordering, inventory accuracy, shipping and receiving, and general operational support at our on-site facility.

The role requires 2–4 years in plant operations or related areas, proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook, and a readiness to improve processes that keep production moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in plant operations, inventory/cycle counting, or shipping/receiving.
• Experience with ERP or inventory software is a plus; Fishbowl helpful but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own ordering and stock levels for plant hardware and consumables.
• Establish reorder points and inventory buffers to prevent delays.
• Monitor usage to identify shortages early.
• Own a weekly cycle-count program across WIP, finished goods, and raw materials.
• Reconcile counts and document discrepancies.
• Ensure outbound shipments and inbound receipts are accurate and coordinated with the warehouse.
• Provide day-to-day operational support to plant leadership.
