Job summary

Pacific Coast Manufacturing (PCM) is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Chino, CA to own day-to-day plant operations, including parts ordering, inventory accuracy, shipping and receiving, and general operational support.

You will partner with plant leadership to implement reliable, proactive processes that keep the plant moving, ensure inventory is accurate, and prevent production delays while maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in plant operations or inventory management.
• Experience with ERP or inventory systems; Fishbowl experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own ordering and stock levels for plant hardware and consumables.
• Set reorder points and inventory buffers to prevent production delays.
• Monitor usage to identify potential shortages before they become problems.
• Manage weekly cycle counts across WIP, finished goods, and raw materials.
• Ensure outbound shipments are accurately processed and matched to records.
• Provide day-to-day operational support to plant leadership and floor team.
