Job summary

Pacific Coast Manufacturing (PCM) is seeking an Operations Coordinator to own day-to-day plant operations, including procurement, inventory control, and shipping/receiving. Based in Chino, CA, this on-site role reports to plant leadership and focuses on keeping parts flowing and data accurate.

You'll implement practical reorder points, perform weekly cycle counts, and partner with the warehouse team to prevent production delays. This hands-on role suits detail-oriented problem solvers.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in plant operations or manufacturing support.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
• Proficiency with Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Fishbowl is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own ordering and stock levels for plant hardware and consumables.
• Establish and maintain reorder points and inventory buffers.
• Monitor usage to identify potential shortages.
• Own a weekly cycle-count program across WIP, finished goods, and raw-material areas.
• Reconcile counts and document discrepancies.
• Ensure outbound shipments are accurately processed and closed.
