Yarde Metals, Inc. is seeking a Plant Operations Coordinator for the 2nd shift (1:30PM-10:30PM) in North Canton, OH.

The role provides clerical and data entry support to the operations team, including processing shipments, inventory movements, and customer returns, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. The candidate should have a High School diploma or equivalent, and prior related experience is preferred.

Formación

• Experience directly related to the duties of the position strongly preferred.
• Must read and carry out work instructions in English.

Responsabilidades

• Enter and process receivers, shipments, work orders, inventory transfers, inventory modifications, and customer returns in computer system.
• Review and proofread reports and system documents for accuracy.
• Research material usage to reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve inventory issues.
• Print inventory tags and prepare paperwork for shipments.
• Match and file bills of lading, packing slips, and certifications.
• Assist customers and expedite orders.
• Track truck mileage and weights.
• Review weekly activity reports and take necessary action.
• Scan and file paperwork and assist with special projects.

Job Summary

Yarde Metals is looking for a Plant Operations Coordinator to join our Operations Team. A Plant Operations Coordinator provides clerical and data entry support to operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Enter and process receivers, shipments, work orders, inventory transfers, inventory modifications, and customer returns in computer system.
• Review and proofread reports and system documents for accuracy.
• Research material usage to reconcile systems inventory discrepancies.
• Work with various departments to resolve inventory issues.
• Print inventory tags and prepare paperwork for shipments.
• Match and file bills of lading, packing slips, work orders, and certifications.
• Assist internal and external customers with questions and expedite orders.
• Track and report truck mileage and weights.
• Review weekly activity reports and take necessary action.
• Scan, coordinate, and file paperwork.
• Assist with special projects and performing additional tasks as directed by supervisor.

Requirements & Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Experience directly related to the duties of the position strongly preferred.
• Effective communication skills, can work independently, organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to read, understand, and carry out work instructions in English.
