Job summary

Sabert Corporation is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Leader to drive Lean transformation across the Shepherdsville plant and distribution. You will lead cross-functional teams, map value streams, and deploy Kaizen events to eliminate waste and improve safety, quality, productivity and cost.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 7+ years in manufacturing, and strong coaching and leadership abilities to mentor teams through continuous improvement methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 7+ years experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• Lean certification strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience delivering Lean transformations.

Responsibilities

• Directs continuous improvement efforts across plant and warehouse; plan, deploy, and report outcomes.
• Leads educational initiatives to build knowledge and skills for operational excellence.
• Identify and eliminate waste; optimize Lean processes for safety, quality, productivity and cost.
• Collaborate with leaders to define improvement projects and secure sponsorship.
• Coach and motivate teams; mentor staff in Lean principles and Sabert operating principles.
• Establishes and guides development and reporting of operational excellence metrics.
