Job summary

Sazerac Company in Louisville, KY is seeking an Operational Excellence Lead to drive productivity improvements across our manufacturing network. You will partner with plant operations and cross-functional teams to implement Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives that cut costs and boost OEE.

You will analyze data, build business cases, and guide projects from start to finish, while promoting standardized work, visual management, and rigorous problem solving across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4+ years of experience in operational excellence or related fields.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing with Lean Six Sigma certification or relevant PM experience.
• Strong analytical and project leadership skills with ability to drive decisions using data.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM and structured problem solving.
• Identify productivity and cost-saving opportunities across line efficiency, throughput, waste, and labor.
• Analyze data, build business cases, and track project results against targets.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain and Engineering to implement improvements.
• Support standardized work, performance management, audits and sharing best practices across sites.
