Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Operations Specialist to lead continuous improvement initiatives in a state-of-the-art electronics manufacturing environment. You will implement Six Sigma, facilitate Kaizen events, and collaborate with EHS and Quality to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency across operations.

The role emphasizes mentoring teams, analyzing KPIs and OEE, and driving waste reduction through data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (Black Belt Preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership or similar role.
• Proven experience with Six Sigma, Kaizen and other CI methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of KPIs, OEE and cycle time analysis.
• Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Implement Six Sigma methodologies to improve efficiency and quality.
• Facilitate Kaizen events to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement safety strategies with EHS and Quality teams.
• Use KPIs and OEE to measure performance and identify improvements.
• Conduct cycle time analyses to optimize production and reduce downtime.
• Mentor plant employees on CI tools and methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
