Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Management/Operations or related field preferred.
• Minimum five years of steel manufacturing/operations leadership with full site responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all plant activities with regular performance reviews against plans.
• Provide hands-on leadership to staff, ensuring achievement of goals and staff development.
• Oversee financial aspects including profitability, budgeting, and cost control.
• Ensure proper staffing to meet business goals and customer requirements.
• Plan and execute projects with cross-department coordination to resolve issues.
• Stay updated on operational, engineering, and safety best practices.
