Job summary

Sazerac is seeking an Operational Excellence Lead to drive measurable improvements across its manufacturing network in Louisville, KY. You will partner with plant operations and cross-functional teams to reduce costs, boost productivity, and enhance OEE using data-driven problem solving and standardization.

Responsibilities include leading Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen initiatives; identifying opportunities across line efficiency, throughput, and energy; analyzing data and tracking benefits; and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years in operational excellence or related field.
• Lean manufacturing with Lean Six Sigma certification or PM experience.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM.
• Identify productivity and cost-saving opportunities across line efficiency, throughput, waste, yield, labor, changeovers, materials, energy, and utilities.
• Analyze operational data, identify performance gaps, develop business cases, and track project results and benefits against targets.
• Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to identify root causes, develop solutions, and implement improvements.
• Support standardized work, performance management, visual management, audits, and sharing best practices across sites.
